Kenya Power, again we have another outage like in January that cost us alot of money and time to fix. Ref number 15602226. This is the same isolated issue and we've been dark since 1830hrs yesterday.

@KenyaPower_Care ref no. 14241950....still no power more than 24hrs later. This is absurd! Service team came yesterday afternoon and left with no solution. Numerous calls to support center is the same response - a team has been assigned....UNACCEPTABLE!
