@FedExHelp Tracking number 775897824928 -- After numerous "operational delays" en route and now the claim of an invalid address, I was assured a 2nd delivery attempt would be made by 1pm today. It's now 2:17 and I've heard nothing.

@FedEx is batting 100 on delayed shipments from my suppliers to my warehouse. And, today, they're claiming my address doesn't exist. @UPS doesn't have that problem. It's also nice that I can go direct to the local UPS DC whereas FedEx's location is a mystery.

@Apple I tried and failed to buy a new Macbook Air today. After a 45 minute drive to my closest Apple Store I was informed that the only purchase option was to buy online and select pickup. Kind of ridiculous since I was already there and knew the exact machine I wanted. (1/many)

So I drove 45 minutes to buy this laptop to be told I would have to drive 45 minutes back home to reset my password, then another 45 minutes back to the store, and another 45 minutes home afterwards. 3 hours out of my day plus the time wasted bickering on the phone. (6/many)

@ATTBusinessCare I've called support twice today. After an hour on hold I was disconnected from your agent after 5 minutes. On my second attempt I was disconnected again after another hour on hold. Neither agent has thought to call back. Extremely disappointed.
