Has anyone contacted her employer? Someone as unhinged as she is likely due to abuse or not being loved as a child… is a danger to society. Someone who can’t disagree with someone in an irrational way should be locked up.
@Myrixica@AlanaFeral You have to file based on where it happened. Which if they claiming damage the damage happened in the US. But again. You need to quantify your damages. Would have to prove that money was lost somewhere. Must be quantified. Like if Alana was booked for an event and they canceled.
@fullbearmoon@AlanaFeral This is what the article says. I see that what you posted is a description of the photo. But like another commenter said -there would have to be a “quantifiable loss” in order to sue for libel. This would be libel because it was online and in an article -not defamation.
@fullbearmoon@AlanaFeral I didn’t see that -that wasn’t the wording I saw. Apparently ..the blame would be shifted and falls on the shoulders of the fake account. There were lots of people sharing that tweet and assuming that was the account owner.
@AlanaFeral They never even named you. 🤷🏾♂️ Maybe if you could find the person that made the fake account you could sue them. But it’s unlikely you could get that information and they probably broke anyways. You would need to have a pretty strong subpoena to get that information. Like murder.
@AlanaFeral They never said the picture was you. They never said that the account was you. They never said you made threats. They never said the person in the picture made threats. Apparently at some point you made that picture public that left you open to that fake account using it.
