@hyejukalz its really not that bad, they put an elastic band around ur arm and you feel a mosquito bite and then its done. the person doing it will also talk to you a bunch to distract you usually. no. 1 tip is unless it says to fast, DO NOT fast or you will probably get lightheaded/faint.
