@wweek Tell us @wweek why is the budget causing chaos for PPS? Is it lower enrollment or maybe, maybe the extra 32m they had to come up with for PERS?

@pdx_gate Or maybe invest better too. 2.1% return last year. They could have put it all in a S&P 500 fund and got 6%. This is 100% why we can’t have nice things. I am waiting for a journalist with some guys to dig into how much was needed just this year from all departments.
