Hey @British_Airways. I DMed you for support 5 days ago & no reply & can't get thru to Customer Relations on the phone at all. Every number I've tried just makes me choose lots of options & then says sorry & hangs up. !?

@British_Airways cancelled our flight from Sao Paulo to Buenos Aires & the only alternative they offered is via FRANKFURT with 2 layovers. Really, BA? Alternative flights w/ other airlines now hundreds of £ more. Totally unacceptable & ruining our trip plans.
