Just realised I’ve been doing this since childhood. Romantic plots, alternate lives, comforting storylines… full production.

Is this a neurodivergent thing or have I just been directing bedtime cinema?

@heavensbvnny I do this every night and have done since I was young. I have the same scenario continuing each night until I get bored of it and then start a new one. I honestly can’t get to sleep without it as my brain won’t switch off otherwise. Thought it was just me.
