I value education. I don't have to work in a certain field to want to expand my mind. Practically speaking, I also find it useful when homeschooling my kids.

@NoCapPicard @FuentesUpdates Everyone has someone they listen to. Husbands listens to their bosses. I’d rather listen to a husband who loves me than someone who doesn't. Is that extreme/stupid? Whyare women given special treatment when applying to jobs if we consistently perform as well as men do at work?

@zeyne45912 @FuentesUpdates My husband has asked me to do things I dont accept. I have done the same to him. We are patient with each other though. We learn together and forgive each other. Our roles have served us well and we’ve both grown. No man is “perfect”, but typically people dont want to be alone.

@zeyne45912 @FuentesUpdates We want eachothers happiness. Typical women (like me) underperform in the workplace. I work at home and watch our kids and he goes to work outside the home. Win win. We live where he can get paid most. It’d be selfish to ask him to work harder so I can live by the beach.

@zeyne45912 @FuentesUpdates In administrative positions especially. Religious leaders, politicians, head of family unit, management etc. Typically women dont do well in those positions.

My husband might not feel like going to work everyday and spending money on diapers for our kids and buying me food but he does it.

@Rach4Patriarchy I get irritated when my husband does housework instead of being the household handyman. I can't hang a TV or fix things or the cars. I honestly feel like sometimes I have to remind him not to do housework because he was raised by boomer hippies.
