@trentbartonland hi, is there any update on the Allestree bus and its route? Is there a possibility it'll be running near the new Kedleston Grange estate anytime soon?
@trentbartonland can someone please tell me why the Hugo app tells me a nines bus is coming and then they don't materialise, this has happened a few times now. Very frustrating
@trentbartonland hi, I believe there's some changes that are coming to the Allestree service at the end of the month. There's nothing on your website though, please can you advise of a new timetable. Thanks
@trentbartonland Thank you. I've looked and it's not clear if it's picking up the new estate and travelling up and down Askerfield Avenue. Thanks for your help though
@trentbartonland Hi again, just managed to open the timetables, can this not be put out in a more detailed post? There's one that refers to works from July to December but there's no mention of the diversion of the route. Is this a permanent thing to accommodate the new housing estate?
@trentbartonland Hi, thank you, but the information I'm after is that the bus will start running down Askerfield Avenue and onto kedleston road, but then looping back up Allestree Lane. Is this the case?
@trentbartonland thanks Mr Driver of the 9.1 who decided to ignore me and another passenger at Denby Hall Rd stop at 4.17. I know he saw me is I was hobbling across the road to get to the stop with my arm out. It's a dangerous stop which needs sorting out.
@trentbartonland Please do. As I see it now though, where I've had prior notice I've made and paid for alternative arrangements, but if my allotted bus is cancelled I'm assuming I can bill Trent Barton every time now?
@trentbartonland So then it's no different to the Trent Barton journey planner, which still leaves everyone who uses more than one bus very short on information. I don't understand why trentbaron just wants exacerbate an already tenuous situation 🤷
@trentbartonland Imagine doing a 12 hour shift and finding out your bus is cancelled with no alternative way home, to then try and arrange a taxi, which then is another half hour to reach you and a costly exercise at 20 pounds a pop. More information is better. Please keep posting updates too
@trentbartonland I think it would be beneficial if you still posted the cancellations. That way people have more information. I've had to spend hundreds more on work transport due to the uncertainty of your buses and to then be plunged into further stress of even shorter notice is hard
@trentbartonland Cheers, thanks for updating me. Appreciate it, not so keen on the implication from Kylie it was my fault for not checking Facebook. Anyway I'm off to sleep, another 12 hour night shift awaits
