@holy_schnitt thai chicken curry is basically fuckup proof if you use chicken thighs (they only get better the long you cook them) and the mae ploy curry paste. it's basically curry paste, chicken, coconut milk, potatoes, onions, carrots - throw it in a pot and cook until the taters are tender
