Any industry where the response to "we have a sexism problem" is people shouting things like "you are being over dramatic" and "stop annoying us with your woke bullshit" has, indeed, a sexism problem.
Same for racism, trans/homophobia, ableism and so many other topics.
@myriamjessier@hellgy I have seen it happen in other French tech events. If you are the one pointing it out the answer is defensive "yeah okay then what do we do" with a "we tried but they don't come" I am tired of being asked to fix stuff while there are tones of content on the topic.
