@FlyingBrussels Why have you replied to some customers and not others? We have now spent 2 days in Brussels airport after 2 cancelled flights! Hours & hours in a queue to be left with no hotel tonight & no new flight. And your helpline hung up on us!

We’ve been on your call centre line for nearly 2 hours no response. We’ve been in your helpdesk queue for 2 hours. @FlyingBrussels please get more staff! What are the terms for what you’ll compensate if we book our own hotel/train/flight? Help!

@BrusselsAirport @FlyingBrussels Ok thank you. But this our second cancelled flight - we spent 3 hours in the customer service queue yesterday. The queue is worse today & there are only 3 staff on the desk & their call centre won’t answer the phone
