@parcelforce This is really ridiculous and the worst customer service I’ve come across. No one seems to want to help me and it’s a really distressing situation. They’re dresses for my wedding that I’ve waited three months for and spent an awful lot of money on and no one can give me answers

@parcelforce I’ve now been on hold for 10 mins, spoke to someone and I still have no answers! The manager just keeps getting admin staff to say that they’ll get the manager to call me back. I was told someone would be looking for them at 4am and that I would have an update at 9am.
