@wendycroney @AXS_UK @radiohead It’s absolutely crackers. Their system clearly doesn’t work. How, in 2025, can their technology not tell the difference between ‘bots’ and an individual, who has jumped through all the hoops they’ve asked us to and still get blocked.

@AXS_UK I have done everything correctly to try and purchase @radiohead tickets. I got through to check out, after multiple tries, and yet still I get asked ‘ARE YOU A REAL FAN’ and I get kicked out. Now it won’t even let me proceed, even by starting from scratch via the email.

@AXS_UK @radiohead I concur. This does not work. I have done everything as per your instructions in the first instance as I wasn’t talking any chances. Surely there’s a better way?
