@tracyplayle Not dyslexic but echoing the creative thinking superpower - I still remember one of the dyslexic kids in my 1st year class being the only one who could work out how to stop yourself skidding if you were slowing down on ice (you take lots of little steps rather than stop hard)...
You probably know if you grew up in an ingredients or non-ingredients household... But were you brought up on instant or delayed gratification? Example: slowly sucking and savouring chocolate to give lasting enjoyment... or scoffing hurriedly in one go for maximum sensory impact.
Anyone know what algorithms @spotify uses to make Release Radar/Discover Weekly as personalised as possible? Any weighting given to whether you follow artists or add them to playlists or like their songs? Just I use and *rank" features, eg liked songs, differently to my partner..

@ltormey Also, the other weird thing.. how many people sitting on a panel have been taught how to recruit effectively? In my experience no HR or guidelines around successful recruitment process..
@ltormey This is so good! Job interview structure hasn't changed for decades and certainly doesn't account for the complexities of modern day work/workforce...
