@virginmedia V. disappointed as have just upgraded to 200mbps after 18 months of very stable 100mbps. One off issues are expected perhaps. 4 issues in 3 weeks = 4g or 5g alternatives even just a topped up sim until you are SURE that everything is fixed. This is basic customer service ..
@virginmedia Yes that is true problems can be difficult to diagnose and may take weeks to resolve .. but your text messages say that they are fixed. What I need to know is if it is only my services and I need a technician and also that you will provide a 4g or 5g alternative in the interim.
@virginmedia That would be fair if it was the first time I had heard it .. but 4 times in 3 weeks and the service dropping and returning for 10 mins then dropping again points to a more serious issue .. problems in the same area so many times means that you arent fixing them..
