@virginmedia I spent over 3 hours on the telephone this weekend talking to them - to be lied to and told different things I’d rather have it in writing now. It makes me wish we had never agreed to move to virgin

@virginmedia It’s now 3 days I’ve been waiting for a response - they must be really busy dealing with complaints if no one can even send a text message for during that time - it’s not good customer Service is it?

@virginmedia I’ve messaged the number you have given me and still no reply over 24 hours later - sick of the lies and even being told by your staff to extend our contract with sky for 3 weeks to cover our service!! If I have to re contact sky I may as well stay with them @virginmedia
