@LookfantasticCS I have done more than 20 times, but I keep getting ridiculous responses. The latest one does say they will look into it and then proceed with a refund. Why it has taken so long and I still don't have a refund and my friend no birthday present I have no idea.
@LookfantasticCS This is beyond a joke. I have now received another message saying the code works and to send a screenshot. I have DONE this twice already. It is for the wrong product. Just issue the refund. You have my money and I have no product.
@LookfantasticCS It won't let me direct message you as I'm not a verified user. Just issue the refund. By law if something is purchased online I have 14 days for a refund. I havent even received the product. I am fed up of it always being me who has to chase you and get in touch.

This was the original one. If you look in my account you will see the messages where I am constantly being fobbed off. Given a code which isn't even for the product I ordered. I want a refund today.
@lookfantastic shocking customer service. I ordered my friend a 3 month gift subscription a week ago for her birthday and she still hasn't received. The code sent does not work. I have been in touch with customer service at least 10 times who will not give me a refund.
