@AXS_UK I have been trying to get hold of someone about missing tickets for the 11.30 Monster Trucks live event tomorrow at the O2. The full amount was taken out of my account a month ago and no tickets via email or on my app and we’re less than 24 hours away! Pls help!
I was hoping @ZARA@ZARACare might put a little CARE into their STRICT and NO-NONSENSE returns policy by granting loyal shoppers a couple of days lenience, but apparently not! Stuck with £300 worth of clothes that don’t fit and can’t be exchanged... like it or lump it...

@Seatwave@LittleMix I have DM’d. Not my problem. I’d expect you as a reputable re-seller to find me a solution, not just tell me I need to take the wrong tickets or accept a refund when they were purchased for 200 each (face value 47) and & a Christmas present for my 6 y/o @LittleMix fan daughter.
Devastated 6 y/o daughter thanks to the fact that @Seatwave sent us tickets to the wrong @LittleMix O2 date. Was meant to be going tomorrow, sent the wrong tickets and claim they can’t do anything about it! Laughable service at £400. Christmas present ruined. Gutted little girl
