@AmericanAir Horrible customer service to leave customers stranded and paying for their own hotel for 3 days and nights. Monday flight canceled and rebooked for Thursday. Your delay is costing me over $600 out of my own pocket. No offer for any assistance from ticket counter.

@MCCCANM American Airlines plane was sitting empty at the gate for 8 hours at RSW yesterday but no crew. Canceled and rebooked for Thursday. No help in sight from American. They absolve themselves of all passenger care responsibilities because it’s “weather” related.
