@Hermesparcels why is there no human available to speak to? You’ve failed to deliver my parcel by going to the wrong street 3 times. You don��t follow the delivery instructions. You don’t respond. How on earth am I supposed to get my parcels delivered?
@Avis at Mco, no cars, Adam on the rental desk very rude - clearly doesn’t know how to look after stressed customers because you don’t have any cars. Threatened to just not serve us at all! Way to treat your preferred customers.....
