The High Court and the Court of Appeal awarded her over Kshs 1b damages for her land stolen by President Moi in 1985 and sold to Rai. The Supreme Court, for a few silver coins (JurisPESA), overturned the judgments of the High Court and the Court of Appeal and execused the theft of her land by Moi and Rai. And those judges delusionally think they will enjoy the bribe they took and raise their families with it?...of course, the curse of Allah will fall on them starting 2025. The Supreme Court of Kenya will NOT SEE PEACE because of the wrong they visited on this grandmother.
