@JakeOtherAcc okay, that is very strange behaviour. I have raised this to our network engineer to investigate tomorrow when he gets in, as this appears to have abated for our other users at the moment. Once we have an update we will let you know
@JakeOtherAcc if you can connect to the website then this would indicate that the issue has been resolved, can you confirm whether you are having any other issues?
@JakeOtherAcc can you confirm your current IP address, and I will investigate this issue for you? You can find this by googling "What is my IP" but it would be prudent to restart your device or router once we have investigated this
@ZooD3 we recently had to make a small routing change in our London DC, which caused a temporary disconnect for some users, primarily people using voice comms. These should be resolving themselves automatically as we speak, but if it is still an issue in 10 minutes get in touch
@anTastico84 we just had to make a small change to our routing in our London Datacentre that appears to have caused temporary disconnections for some users. I can see your server has players connected, if the issue persists after 10 minutes, please let me know - CJT
