@NickSheisty Yay!! Thank you! And if you fancy playing a daily movie puzzle in the future rather than writing one, I've just hit the 100th day on my new game: https://t.co/lXwDkROql3 :)
I accidentally chose an answer for one of the puzzles today (the 2018 comedy) that is probably too wide for your phone screen! If you turn your phone to landscape mode that should probably help for today. And I will try not to make the same mistake again. :)
@variousnick@asutcliffe Hi Nick. Thanks very much for letting me know. And sorry if it’s spoilt today’s game. We came across this bug in testing and the solution we settled on was that I should never use a word longer than 11 letters. Which I clearly failed to follow today(!). Sorry about that!
We've gone back to Classic Hollywood for today's Clapperboardle Directors game. Can you guess the director from their 5 hidden films...?
Hurry - the game changes in the next hour!
@asutcliffe, I'm enjoying @clapperboardle but I have a feature request for it:
Often, punctuation is one of the biggest clues to the titles. So I think it would be good to add an optional hard mode that hides all punctuation until the end.
