Last night was another completely joyful and delicious dinner, with a whole new batch of fantastic guests We parted with our hearts and bellies full, and plans to all meet up soon. It’s a wrap for 2022, but we are already making plans for a 10 year reunion in 2023. Stay in touch!

We had an absolutely gorgeous Clapton Pot last night. We decided to celebrate Chinese New Year and explore traditions like eating oranges for abundance and prosperity (blood orange soufflés) and long noodles for longevity (in a chilled sesame noodle recipe from Mission Chinese).

This was last night: pink grapefruit, sumac + radicchio salad, mushroom and tarragon pithivier with buttery mash and cavolo nero, dark chocolate and lemon zest mousse served with a sesame brittle. Add wonderful guests. Success!
