@British_Airways I have had an extremely disappointing experience with you tonight. I logged in to check in for my flight that I bought 6 months ago, only to find that, *without my knowledge*, my direct flight from Denver to London was cancelled. Not only did I not receive this
disappointed that this airline claims to care about their customers, and then just tells them repeatedly that after their flight is completed they will have the opportunity to fill out a claim form (more work & more inconvenience)- which might entitle them to a flight voucher.
