Today they canceled the transaction but claimed they will take GST and FX charges as if money grows on trees. Useless bank

@DBSBankIndia Your bank is becoming a nuisance. It keeps withholding my money and always inconveniencing me. I was scheduled to receive school fees on Sept 30th and today is 5th, I keep receiving emails about purpose Code which I replied but still no help. I will close my account 🙂

@flyethiopian Can you please look into the issue, her name is Simra Shaikh , the Team lead for Ethopian Airlines check in at the Mumbai Airpot. I borrowed money to rebook and it I shouldn't have missed my flight. She is a kid who knows nothing of immigration laws. It is not fair

@flyethiopian She refused to check me in and instructed others not to grant me service as well. She made up some rule that since I had an Emergency Travel Document I should have come at 8am..I asked her to show me where it is written and she could not provide the details.

@flyethiopian The flight eventually left and I was forced to go to the Ethopian Airlines offices in Mumbai to boon another flight. I lose around 20k Indian rupees and would like a refund because it was not my fault . I came on time but the racist lady at the check in refused to help.

@flyethiopian Hello I booked a flight from Mumbai to Harare and I was scheduled to depart of the 5th of September. I checked in online, and reached the Check_in desk ontime to give my luggage. The lady by the name Simra Shaikh at the @flyethiopian Mumbai refused to check me in.

@flyethiopian She then started claiming that immigration will take 1 hour whereas that is not her job. I tried explaining to her that she is not from customs and my flight will soon depart, instead she start making personal phone calls and left me there.
