@DeutschePostDHL tracking update on parcel states that you have delivered a parcel (Monday 19th) when you haven’t and no attempt was made. impossible to get hold of anyone at DHL to find out where it’s actually gone. Parcel originated in Germany to UK. Please can someone help?

A terrible experience at Alton Towers as a wheelchair user - a thread.

I can honestly say I have NEVER experienced such awful customer service in my life, or such despicable, discriminatory and disgusting behaviour to a wheelchair user, as I did at @altontowers yesterday.
