Early this year they sent an email to me that they have done the refund and I didn't get any refund so I requested for evidence but none was provided up till now. Please I have a long trail of emails with [email protected]

@nigimmigration I made a payment on 15th July 2021 for my daughter's passport, the form did not contain hypen because she has a compound surname, an immigration officer said we should apply again and request for the refund because around the period we applied there was network

immigration There was network issues and the hyphen was not in the application. The immigration officer asked we apply again ,and send an email for refund of the first payment. Which was done. I have since August 2021 being following up yet no payment instead early this year
