As far as I’m concerned almost every professor should be transparent and be questioned by journalists.
In the Nottingham case we had Blackwood who is not just a professor of psychiatry but I awarded him a professorship for being a psychic as he can:
- do assessments 5 months down the line from the attacks and tell you what a manipulative murderer was thinking on the night.
- without talking to a single collateral witness
- Have no hospital notes as MDTs weren’t recorded.
- comments on culpability when he has no right to do so. He’s not a solicitor or barrister (or maybe he is in his brain)
- come up with the case conclusion Sec 37/42 for the hearing recorded in his notes that he passes to the CPS.
- does not or cannot remember if he read the Detective’s report (DC Beddoe’s incredible report) that was buried in the MG6D schedule by the CPS/ Alan Murphy.
And concludes Calocane was psychotic that night……..nothing short of psychic powers
Even though Calocane was a bad egg right from the beginning of his life. He manipulated psychiatrists and police during section review panels by trying to accept cautions from hospital whilst under section. Totally manipulative. He always harmed others, he planned , researched an attack, watched videos warned psychiatrists he had thoughts of murder. Collected weapons, hid, texted his brother between attacks to get family out of the country. He had clear thought & insight.
Family lied for him at the Inquiry saying they were afraid of him self harming when he NEVER self harmed. He ALWAYS harmed others. Mother finished her shift at work hours after she heard of attacks….that’s how worried she was. Brother didn’t call emergency services between attacks…that’s how worried he was.
Calocane asked in custody if he could have a female or black solicitor. Took legal advice calmly. Did a no comment interview for questions that were incriminating, answered the rest.
If any professors are like Blackwood they need to be thoroughly researched for the safety of the public and families like mine.
It has been enormously damaging for all the victims families to have Blackwood on our case.
He has increased our pain and suffering by his lassitude and ignorance.
@rcpsych should have a department for Psychic professors and give him the chair along with all the other quacks and psychics out there.

POST OFFICE PUT A CHILD IN PRISON
In 2002 Tracy Felstead @TracyF882 was a 19 year old counter clerk. She worked at the Camberwell Green Post Office branch in south London. She had left school and was proud to have a job with a company everyone trusted.
Then the Post Office's Horizon computer system showed a shortfall of £11,503 at her till. Nobody checked if the machine was wrong. @PostOffice investigators decided Tracy was a thief.
She was interviewed under caution at Peckham police station. Investigators asked her to prove she did not steal money that a computer had simply invented. They even asked if her own family had pressured her to steal.
Her family scraped together the £11,500 and paid it back. They were told this could help her avoid prison. It did not work.
Tracy was convicted of theft and false accounting at trial. The judge sent her to a young offender institution for 6 months. She was still a teenager.
Inside, she saw things no 19 year old should see. She has said the memory of prison still comes back to her now, decades later. She has spoken about trying to take her own life twice because of what happened to her.
Years later the stress caught up with her body too. She suffered a neurological breakdown that left her temporarily paralysed on one side.
Tracy was not alone. Horizon was built and run by Fujitsu @fujitsu_uk. Between 2000 and 2014 the Post Office prosecuted more than 700 sub-postmasters and counter staff using data from that same system.
It is now officially called the biggest miscarriage of justice in British legal history.
Paula Vennells @PaulaVennells1 ran the Post Office as chief executive from 2012 to 2019. Under her watch the organisation spent millions fighting the very people it had wrongly accused, rather than admitting the software was broken.
Over 1 million people later signed a petition demanding she hand back her CBE.
The Court of Appeal finally quashed Tracy's conviction in 2021. 19 years after she went to prison. Nobody at the Post Office or Fujitsu spent a single night in a cell for it.
In 2023 Tracy sat down with Post Office bosses in Parliament, with the support of her then MP Lucy Allan @lucyallan.
She told the chief executive to his face how to fix the compensation process. She later gave evidence to the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry @PostOffInquiry, chaired by Sir Wyn Williams, about what six months in a cell at 19 actually cost her.
A faulty computer got 16 years of trust from an entire national institution. A teenage counter clerk got a criminal record, a prison sentence, and a mental health battle that has lasted her whole adult life.
Same script every time. Protect the system first. Apologise decades later, if at all..

Imagine how painful this poor man’s life has been. 🥹
Absolutely tragic!☹️
‘Peter Boxell is now 80 years old, and he has spent the last four decades trapped in a living nightmare waiting for his 15-year-old son to come home. 💔
Lee was just 15 when he left his house in south-west London to see a friend.
He was spotted on the local High Street that day, but he was never seen again.
His dad Peter appeared on This Morning today to explain the absolute agony of not knowing. 😢
"We couldn't sleep for weeks after that," he said.
"We thought, we didn't want to miss a phone call or a knock on the door if Lee could come home."
But that knock never came.
Peter and his wife have spent almost four decades living in what he describes as a parent's worst nightmare. 💔
He is now 80 years old, and he says the family is desperately running out of time to find out what happened to the boy they lost.
Police detectives believe they actually know why Lee vanished.
Their working theory is that the teenager stumbled across an unofficial youth club operating behind a church graveyard in Cheam.
Detectives suspect Lee saw a child being assaulted and bravely stepped in to help or went to report it.
Peter believes the adults responsible tried to silence his son and may have unintentionally killed him.
Lee's sister now has her own children, who have grown up knowing all about the uncle they were robbed of meeting. 😢
The Metropolitan Police cold case team has confirmed their investigation into Lee's disappearance remains active.’
I think the Jason Arday stuff is bad.
But ALSO what about the fact that someone who faked a football career is London's £151,465 per year Deputy Mayor? Is anything ever going to happen about this?
Jonathan Sacerdoti was reported by a Green Party councillor to the police for 'harassment' because he argued with her when she turned up on his doorstep to canvas for his vote. Incredibly, the police investigated, but @speechunion was able to help. https://t.co/hGw7l1OBME
To use a leftie term, I’m feeling especially triggered by the response to what happened to Kallie Keeler. All the anon accounts screeching that it's a normal part of wrestling, just an "oil check" (an illegal move by the way, that this was not), that she's too wimpy and weak to be a wrestler if she can't handle it.
Bullshit.
She was assaulted. A man stuck his fingers inside her vagina and held them there.
This incident echoes dark patterns that I have witnessed and even been caught in the midst of for decades.
Bad men will hide behind shields of respectability while abusing girls and women in plain sight.
As a former gymnast and whistleblower, I see the parallels to Larry Nassar immediately. Nassar hid behind the respectability of his medical degree and his role as USA Gymnastics team doctor. After he abused young female athletes for 30 years, finally women came forward in droves to report the assaults. Those victims were attacked for months until there were too many to ignore.
My coach hid behind his "coach" title, while claiming to keep athletes safe as a spotter, then molesting in plain view. Athletes were shamed into silence.
Predators will exploit any opening to find, abuse and assault their victims.
It is welcome that rapists will no longer be part of Labour's early release scheme.
But here's what they're not telling you.
They still plan to free thousands of serious criminals in ten tranches, starting in October.
And today’s changes in who is eligible for early release will only take effect from at least 12 January next year.
That is because this is the first tranche date to cover those with sentences over four years - which would have included rapists and "serious" child sex offenders.
Despite their rhetoric, we are still set to see many serious criminals back on the streets by December - including those guilty of child sex offences they deem "not serious".
Labour are putting public safety at risk.
Ponder for a moment the courage of Sophie Cunningham.
She has stood all alone. Relentlessly attacked.
And hasn’t moved an inch.
Not one other coach or @wnba player has stood with her.
Thank you, Sophie.
This letter must be read @GOVUK and acted on. This is a medical scandal.
Vulnerable patients are being mutilated by surgery, such as the amputation of a penis, and will have to live with multiple long term adverse effects such as sexual dysfunction, urinary incontinence and chronic pain. This is not in a patient’s best interest and is unethical.
Where is the evidence base?
@EllaFrei17 Keep on going! Beautiful and talented girls must really be hard for them to cope with! You will look back with immense pride at how you stood up to bullying.
@Fox_Claire Young boys often can't be bothered in school. This will stop those boys being able to go onto higher education if they decide to start working harder in school as they mature. This is the wrong way to go. A good grounding in maths and English is helpful in any job!
We are supporting the petition launched by our @TVPFED calling on the Govt. to stop early release of PC Andrew Harper’s killers.
If officers are expected to risk their lives to protect the public, the very least they should get is full support of the justice system.
Are you a brilliant early career researcher - or know one?
@JesusCollegeCam is offering three Research Fellowships, one in the Sciences and two in ASNC, Education Studies, English, Law, Modern Languages or Theology.
"I was getting more angry as we went along... There is going to be an uproar about this, but there's also going to be consequences."
Debbie Adlam, mother of PC Andrew Harper, two of whose killers will be released early, on her call with Justice Minister Alex Norris.
