@Cardiffbus so, trying to get home. Single female alone in city centre. First bus drives past me dispute me waving it down, second bus - seems to have vanished. Already waited 30 mins alone. Next bus not due for another 30 mins. Thanks a bunch!

Such bad customer service from @JDSports. My partner bought me a pair of converse for my birthday - they sent the wrong size. Returned to JD over 2 weeks ago (no opportunity to exchange for the correct size) and still no refund issued. Sort it out! This is awful!!

@cardiffcouncil not sure why my food waste and garden waste wasn’t collected yesterday! Everyone else in the street has theirs collected...... I pay the same council tax as everyone else and so should receive the same service - please rearrange collection ASAP - both bins full!!
