@O2 new phone purchased yesterday, would appear it’s locked to EE?! Sim isn’t working and nobody can help. Been on the phone multiple times today to customer care for over an hour each time and no answer!! 😡
@WimpyUK please could you look into why your allergen menu on your website states the chocolate brownie contains milk, yet the in-store allergen menu claims it does not (not even a may contain). Glad I double checked online before my daughter ate it.
@Tesco no short dates mentioned on receipt or at pick up but brought home these items last night (8pm) that go out of date today 😩 it happens every week!
Yesterday, Boris Johnson spoke to Andrew Marr saying that scientists had told him schools were very, very, very safe. On this evening’s PM on radio 4, John Edmunds - who is on SAGE - said “over the autumn the most important route of infections into the home was schoolchildren”.

@Tesco picked up my click & collect yesterday, just gone to use some chicken & it’s already out of date! No mention of short date items on the invoice 😭 what a waste!
@RoyalMail paid for guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm and item has not arrived. Tracking says it’s still in Glasgow!! I get it’s Christmas and it’s busy but don’t offer a service you can’t fulfill! 🤬😤
@O2 really unimpressed with customer service....spoken to 3 “advisors” all telling me different things. Phone has been lost by delivery company & now I can’t even cancel the order. I don’t want to wait another 3-5days when I’ve specifically booked and paid for a slot today!
