Do you think most Nigerians are conditioned to value traditional office jobs more?

Someone would accept a demanding 9���5, commute to an established company daily for a certain salary, but expect significantly more from a smaller business for a less demanding remote role.

Sometimes you just need to start. The idea you begin with might not be what you end with, and that’s okay. You figure out better direction along the way. You can only redirect because you already started.
