I just use Twitter to make online complaints

@WeledaUK hey I’m a hypnobirthing instructor who already loves your products. I wondered if you offered any free samples for me to include in my client goody bags? Thank you ☺️

@LloydsBank I called 0800 545 3953. I spoke to someone who took all the details and then passed me over to someone else. I had to give all the details again and then got cut off.

[laura clark 💙 @clarkylc]

@LloydsBank I’ve just spent 30mins on the phone to you trying to dispute a transaction and I’ve now been cut off. It’s not possible to do online either. With a young baby I don’t have time for this! 🙈😠

@JoJoMamanBebe great experience in your Haywards Heath store last week. A wonderful lady helped me with some car blinds and explained I could order through next as they were out of stock. So helpful she deserves a shout out!

@DarceyOfficial My twins Poppy & Eliza dressed as Darcey Bussell for heroes day at school today 🩰

@LloydsBank The first machine said “sorry we can’t complete this action at this time” the second machine didn’t register that it hadn’t worked. Very frustrating

[laura clark 💙 @clarkylc]

@LloydsBank as the branch in burgess hill closes at 3pm I have just tried to pay in cash using the ATM. I tried both and neither worked. No envelope came out of the machine. Looks like I’ll be taking an unnecessary trip back tomorrow now which is quite hard work with a 5m old 🙄

[laura clark 💙 @clarkylc]

@LloydsBank No I didn’t. It acted like it was going to give me the envelope then didn’t. I tried the other ATM and the same thing happened

[laura clark 💙 @clarkylc]

@NewLookHelp Thanks. I’ve responded but the automated messages are coming through. Quite annoying

[laura clark 💙 @clarkylc]

@NewLookHelp is anyone going to reply to my DM??

[laura clark 💙 @clarkylc]

@NewLookHelp Done thank you

[laura clark 💙 @clarkylc]

@NewLookHelp hi. I bought two pairs of boots for my daughters in September. They’ve barely been worn and have fallen apart. You can see from the tread how little they’ve been worn. Please can you help?

[laura clark 💙 @clarkylc]

@purflosleep I’ve just gone to remove the cover from our baby’s nest bed and the zip won’t work. I’m not able to remove it now to wash it (without force). Can you help please?

[laura clark 💙 @clarkylc]

@TheAA_UK Yep I’ve entered all details. I keep seeing the message I’ve shared on the homepage. I follow the continue option and it takes me to my details page. I hit edit no changes need to be made. I submit and the same thing happens

[laura clark 💙 @clarkylc]

@TheAA_UK I’m trying to set up my account within the app and it won’t let me confirm my account details. They’re all present & correct but when I submit it keeps showing the edit page. Please can you help?

[laura clark 💙 @clarkylc]

@TheAA_UK Keeps saying this even though my details are added and are correct. I’ve even had an email to say the account it set up. It’s an app issue

[laura clark 💙 @clarkylc]

@TheAA_UK I don’t have a membership number. This is a service through my bank account. I’ve added all my details and the app won’t let me proceed

@Pubinthepark_ almost 3m since the event was cancelled I’m still waiting for my refund for the Brighton pub in the park. It’s been a long 30 days…

[laura clark 💙 @clarkylc]

@HSBC_UK I’m trying to pay cash into my business account and 2 branches won’t accept it. Please can you advise?
