@RoyalCaribPR @RoyalCaribbean you should be ashamed of yourselves! The weekend of July 29 my friends and I boarded Freedom of The Seas. We had a suite. You all claim to be so clean . What we found on our mattresses, sheets, etc is beyond repulsive!Take a look below.

@RoyalCaribbean I wasn’t issued anything.Vicki got a discount but, NOT me! I definitely do not want any credit for a future cruise. I still need compensation. it doesn’t matter how many mattresses they change, the FACT is that is was disgusting there to begin with! UNACCEPTABLE! How will you fix
