This week we have started our Romans Topic. We retrieved our knowledge of the continents and then applied this knowledge to find Italy on a map as well as countries which the Romans controlled. Well done everyone. @stmarysderby
This week in Class 8 we have revisited our English knowledge from Key Stage 1. We have written a narrative around the short film 'Taking Flight' and written our own character description making sure to include conjunctions and expanded noun phrases. @stmarysderby

@stmarysderby Class 8 have had a wonderful week celebrating World Book Day. We read a collection of books written by @TomPercivalsays and we loved Perfectly Norman! We wrote about all the things that make us perfectly class 8.
