@flyPAL I booked online, used the vouchers and paid the bal with my cr card. system failed to process and issue the e-ticket. now my booking, vouchers and payment in limbo. CSR said the system was unable to handle that payment combo. why is the option even available?!

@flyPAL Is your website booking still "under maintenance"? It's March 3rd. It is horribly slow! The user experience is a nightmare! I don't complain like this but seriously, get the right people to fix your web UX!
