Heard from Nissan they cannot fix the problem and expected behavior.. careful Nissan leaf buyers..

#FedEx This is the third time they are missing the deliveries.. I am expecting two packages through them both sent as next day delivery. Now because of their inconsistent delivery it s moved to Monday.. Very pathetic.. #fedexdelays
@VZWSupport Oh great, finally the automated bot replying to my messages, talking to human for 12 hours nothing solved, this bot is going to solve the issue. So another useless customer service channel. Have one channel and provide proper support rather having all channel and 0 support.
1. @Verizon Very bad customer service, bought an iPhone 12 pro with Verizon and after delivery trying to activate and it disconnected the old phone and having problem activating new one. So not having number for last two days, and being on call with Verizon customer case service
4. So have to call them again and go over the issue from point 0. They dont even have courtesy to call back the customer as we are in middle of solving the issue.
3. Really dis appointed verizon cannot solve their own issue not able to restore the line on my old phone either. Improve your customer service and give them enough tools to handle customer issues. I was with them call for few hours then call got disconnected,
