@DickTur22168174@theobjectivist Amazon is not forcing anyone to work for them. They say “we will pay you x if you do y.” If you don’t want to do it, simply don’t do it.
@AaronBergman18 Trump admin is clearly terrible and embarrassing but it’s really not a big deal that he is putting in a ballroom.
Such is partisan politics though.
@pewpewarrows@manofpong@MartinJuza I mean assuming arena devs want to push people to an n% win rate, they can model favor ability using logit reg, random forest, Bayesian updating, etc and then use the expected win rates to nudge people into favorable v unfavorable matchups.
I don’t think they are doing that.
@evanwch Is this the same approach progressives took with the ostensibly plausible allegations against kavanaugh or what? Tbh Platner just has bad policies but partisan left and right are insanely hypocritical.
@HabitualBalance@HasansOldTweets Hassan is very sensitive about his views though. He used to throw tantrums when his numbers started going down. He 100% viewbots and it is widely known.
@DataDrivenEm0@mattyglesias@BradOnMessage That said the liberal solution is to allow for states which see democratic support for a min wage to implement one and let the market work. Then people will sort into what they want.

As far as I know there was no discussion of a right to a minimum wage.
The whole “every fiscal measure I want is a Human Right” thing is not a particularly liberal tradition.
@Decanvs@upholdreality Don’t think like a loser. If you really want these wonderful institutions you can and should make it happen.
Immigration is a good thing and we absolutely should replace you with immigrants who like US institutions.
Literally everyone will win.
