You do realize there is video right, multiple angles, all showing him not only interfering with their detainment of the female, but him placing his hands on the agent's back, right? He was not "on all fours shot in the back" that is a debunked lie, he was in the process of getting up when a shot went off. That's how I know you have not watched the videos. That's not murder, that's an unfortunate circumstance that occurred because ALEX put himself there..,.. again.... he agitated ICE for weeks, he put himself there. That was HIS choice.
