@airtelindia@excitel_rocks And the most rudimentary excuse that came from @airtelindia was that they lost the mesh in transit and since it never reached them, they kept charging me. I mean, what a pity on me that i had to pay for a mistake @airtelindia and their team did.

I subscribed to their mesh for better Internet at blackspots but as expected it’s not working, so I’ve returned it in September 2024. But to my surprise they kept billing for it for like 6 months. Multiple complaints raised, no resolution
Again, they promised to resolve it shortly. It’s been over two weeks, and neither has the loan been closed nor have my mutual funds been released. The market has dropped significantly, and I’ve lost money because I couldn’t sell my mutual funds.
I repaid immediately and asked them to close the loan. They then told me I had to pay a processing fee, which left me confused. I sent screenshots of previous conversations where they assured me the loan would be closed because it was their mistake.
