Todas las redes están diseñadas para ser adictivas. Más que nunca.
Literal nos están robando el tiempo.

People are criticizing her for making this beautiful film diary. “Why not use letterboxd?” Some of you have been online so long you’ve forgotten there’s life outside of it. There’s joy in being extravagantly creative and doing analog things. Your lack of whimsy is a weakness.
Genuinely this is what sucks about hyperconsumption. There is no time to allow things to simmer, no oxygen to allow ideas and visuals to permeate into the collective consciousness. And so what passes for culture is mere content - surface and depthless and thin of substance.
Here's a small update regarding @MyHeartopia and how I will no longer be able to continue supporting the game unfortunately 💔
It is absolutely heartbreaking to enjoy a free to play game enough to make purchases, but I find a failure to make transparent disclosures a large red flag from a company.
This is gross… people forget or don’t realize that artists aren’t born talented. We build skills over time. And we enjoy building those skills bc we earned them. This isn’t a tool for artists. It’s for people that are too afraid to try, fail and try again (which is LITERALLY just life as a whole). Or for corporations to just produce a quick product and make a quick buck not caring of the underlying price. This is going to cripple if not kill art. Something that’s been around since cavemen killed by technology marketed to make it “more accessible” when it was never a problem of access. Solving a problem, that never existed and was created after the fact. It’s a sad reality. So i think imma just jump to another timeline now 👍🏻
The heartbreaking part is that the left image is literally how drawing starts. Blocking out ideas like that is a common strategy to art. They’re so close to creating what’s in their head themselves but instant results culture has normalized skipping the part where people fall in love with the journey of creating. The main goal of art has never been instant end product consumption... it feels like society has forgotten that
2 años y medio donde nadie ha podido justificar, dada la función social que está teniendo, la cantidad de recursos económicos, energéticos y humanos invertidos en esta burbuja sin precedentes.
