A last-minute winner writes history in New South Wales! ⚫️🟡

It was final day drama in the @FNSWLeagues 1 Men's competition and an injury-time goal saw UNSW Football Club earn automatic promotion to the @NPLNSW Men's competition for 2026 🔼

In a season full of ladder changes and upsets, it went down to the wire yesterday as second-placed SD Raiders won comfortably against Dulwich Hill. That result meant UNSW had to get all three points against Northern Tigers and it was Jordan Morfitis who scored the late winner to give UNSW FC all three points and finish the 2025 season in first place.

It will be UNSW FC's first time in the NPL NSW Men's competition and it's also their second promotion in three seasons, having secured promotion from Leagues 2 to Leagues 1 in 2023.
