La deuda es más baja pero eso no significa q lo hicieron bien:
1) La deuda real es más alta pero la ocultaron usado el $ de CORFO y del FEES en gasto corriente (taparon el hoyo con $ que era para otra cosa).
2) El déficit fiscal fue de un 3,55% MAS DEL DOBLE!!
