Last week. I resigned from Equinor. Good company. What I have learned is that I had talked about owning my own career but didn’t. Leaving is scary. Leaving is liberating. Leaving is necessary for change. Embrace digital. The opportunities are abundant. @katiemehnert

In the digital transformation people have never mattered more. Leaders must be interested in the “f” word.....FEELINGS! How are people feeling as we go through the transformation and what can we as leaders do differently to help them. Huge role for us leaders!!

Working on a couple of presentations that I am giving at the end of January on automation and digital transformation. When it gets right down to it, it is not about the technology....it is about Leaders leading people through the change.
