@HeathrowNoise Is it safe to return to my home in London yet? I had to move out of home due to 24 hour ops on 27R...been living out of a suitcase at friends for 3 weeks, as just can’t bear the all day noise starting with being woken at 0415 everyday. It’s disgraceful @BorisJohnson @ZacGoldsmith

@HeathrowNoise How to start the week in tears. I’m shattered at this news. The noise is unbearable already and now this. Essentially no sleep under the north runway until maybe Oct - 0430 arrivals are inhumane to thousands of people. Poorly communicated - typical arrogance of LHR leadership

I still maintain that no advanced society would allow such persistent daily pollution & noise from 0430. One can only hope expansion has been curtailed & we can focus now on reducing LHRs decimation

If air traffic is so vital to the economy as LHR persistently argue, move planes up north @BorisJohnson #investnorth. Unless, it’s just about your own big bonuses LHR?🤔

@HeathrowNoise Yesterday I was sad to watch a bbc breakfast interviewee, based in Beaconsfield, utterly drowned out by the roar of an overhead jet. Seems like you’re getting back up to full volume/pollution. The damage your operations do to the communities across and around London is despicable

@HeathrowNoise 27r was used last week. How can it be 0430 arrivals again. Not good enough. Alternation plan is a farce as easterly is hardly used, so it’s always the same people disturbed for extensive periods of time. Being woken at 0430 is not acceptable @ZacGoldsmith @BorisJohnson @SadiqKhan

Hard to comprehend it being legal given the frequency and early start of the planes. I’m miles out from LHR too. Defo time to change things up for LHR with some new curtailed restrictions/paths. Society demands better.
