Skky Ifudu, 33, was nabbed after a chilling spree that saw him set fires across NYC, including next to a sleeping subway rider.
The Flushing resident faces third-degree arson charges for 4 blazes, his second arrest in weeks after an attempted arson bust in late January.
Ifudu's rampage began at 2:20 a.m., torching an empty NYPD vehicle near City Hall, followed by another car on Murray Street.
He then lit a paper cup in a trash can at Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall station before boarding a J train, where he allegedly set fire to garbage beside a dozing passenger at Woodhaven Avenue.
Ifudu, arrested on Jan. 25, pleaded not guilty to multiple charges and was freed on $10,000 bail - only to be rearrested yesterday.

The Suffolk County DA had asked for her to be held on a $1 million bond, but a judge released her without bail. Burnside allegedly tried to set three homes on fire.
