@drewlevin @Raphel wouldn’t low prio queue also solve this? let the lobby they’re trying to snipe naturally get into game, while the offender is put in low prio queue instead of temporary ban

Additionally, having a setting to globally disable notification pips for *everything* would be awesome.

@maddizzlee Additionally, I believe that any tutorial you provide should be skippable. New players should be able to choose from who they learn, whether that be Riot or a friend, and they should be able to jump into almost any game mode with friends in under 5 minutes after account creation.

@maddizzlee Whatever you do, please don't continue to lock summoner spells, rune pages, or any other basic functionality aside from ranked for new players.

When I started playing, I got into the gameplay loop pretty quickly, but I didn't realize these things can (and should!) be customized.
