@bt_uk No nobody has been out…

[Clayton Redhead @claypig]

@bt_uk useless! Line coming to house hanging down telegraph pole, rang them at least 6 times now to arrange for an engineer to sort and nothing! Over 4 weeks now. Don’t seem to care it is dangerous. Shocking. Communications company that struggles to communicate….

[Clayton Redhead @claypig]

@bt_uk Ok thanks

[Clayton Redhead @claypig]

@bt_uk Ok I’ve reported it there now as well!

[Clayton Redhead @claypig]

@bt_uk I spoke to technical team on numerous occasions. They said someone would be out. I’ve had one guy come out who couldn’t climb and said it needed a hoist (which I had already told them on the phone). Not seen anyone else despite a number of calls since.

[Clayton Redhead @claypig]

@bt_uk No service is fine. Line is hanging down though and if a lorry turns the corner it’s likely to pull it down.

@nationalexpress just seen an OAP trying to wave down the No14 bus in Coventry at 12 noon on Charter Ave, bus serial number 2154. The driver just drove straight past her. She was holding her walking stick in the air trying the hail it clearly distressed. Appalling…
