Our final set of awards went to players who were our Most Valuable Players, finishing with seven winners for the Spirit of Sport Awards. Well done, everyone! @bolton_sport@ChorleySSP
During this morningโs Sports Assembly, all the children who represented school were given their certificates and stars for school sport. Children who had been involved in #Thrive graduated and awards and stars for PE Participation were given our too.
Our last chance of sporting success for this school year came with the Girls Cricket, & the girls didn't disappoint!๐ฅ place for Claypool, 3 wins & 3 times winners in succession in this event. #thesegirlscan@bolton_sport

Year 3 today taught us key facts about "The Romans" and their way of life. Dressed in great costumes, their acting and singing was wonderful. Year 3 you were all amazing! #FridayFeeling

This week, we celebrated our first Arts Festival. Children in all classes sang, danced, recited poems or performed a mix of some of them too! It was great to see what amazing children we have.
Today we celebrated our annual Sports Day. The weather was warm but not too hot, the children competed in traditional events and hopefully, everybody had a great time. Thank you for being there to share this event with us. #Claypoolfamily@bolton_sport

Year 2 have spent the afternoon at Brazley Community Centre, collecting natural materials & creating collage with elderly members of the centre. Miss Evans said to see the two groups working together brought a tear to her eye. #FridayFeeling
Our amazing Foundation Class have been sharing their learning in their first assembly. They told us all about their visit to @Smithillsfarm and how important animals are. Amazing speaking and singing, Foundation Class! ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
So, what do you do with 60 Year 6 children when they have finished their #SATs ? Hide & Seek, ball games, archery, drawing, trim trail and ice cream in the โ๏ธof course.
